With over 15 years client practice experience I am Accredited by BACP both as a Counsellor and Individual & Group Counselling Supervisor.
I use an integration of various approaches including Humanistic Psychotherapy, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) and Solution Focused Brief Therapy.
You can choose either an unlimited or set number of sessions. It's usual to review the process after around 6 sessions so you can consider whether additional sessions will be beneficial.
In addition to my work as a Counsellor I am also a BACP Accredited Individual & Group Supervisor working with several Surrey based Counselling Agencies
